Here is a description of Rockhopper-

Rockhopper is a pirate penguin who visits Club Penguin via the Migrator (his ship). He visits Club Penguin every 2 or 3 months. If you find him he will give you a free background. He used to giveaway eyepatches, but he started giving out backgrounds. He alway brings rare free items from Rockhopper Island. Here is his player card-

 

If you find him, he is pretty cool. There are about 30 penguins asking him questions, and he answers with a pirate reply, such as “Of course, mateys!” You can send him a postcard, and he might answer you. And if you click the home button, it will take you to the Migrator. You can always see Yarr on his ship mast.

Here are some tips to finding him-

• He is slightly taller than other penguins.
• He is always crowded by about 20 penguins.
• He has a beard and hat unavailable to other players.
• He always uses a pirate accent.
• His favorite rooms are the Dock, Pizza Parlor, and his Ship.
• He is usually on low populated servers such as Sleet, Winter Land, and Matterhorn.
• He might be on highly populated servers, such as Mammoth, Frozen, and Abominable.
• He can go into a server, even if it is full.
